From different homes and viewing centers, joyous shouts could be heard in the 47th minute when Victor Oshimen registered Nigeria’s first goal via a tricky header leaving Zinedine Zidane’s son in goal for Les Fennecs catching nothing but air.

Our joy became full, and the mountains beside Byazhin Across trembled as a result of riotous celebrations when Adams Akor netted the second goal in the 57th minute after an incredible build-up play that involved the pre-assist King of this tournament Alex Iwobi and lionheart Victor Oshimen.

The win sets up an encounter with the hosts in the semi-final of the competition and it is undoubtedly one of the biggest games for the two sides in the competition.
