The calendar is an interesting time-measuring device.
Without it, we would not be able to situate ourselves in this consciousness, nor would we be able to make sense of the changes that occur in us and in our natural environment. We would drift. Interestingly, there are various kinds of calendars being actively followed by tribes, races, and communities around the world, such as the Thai Solar Calendar, the Chinese Calendar, the Hebrew Calendar, the Ethiopic Calendar, and the Islamic Calendar. All of these are used to measure time and the ever-cycling seasons of nature.
Right now, we are at the threshold of February 2026 in the Gregorian calendar as January ends, but some others don’t think so. Interesting right? Well, we move.
The achievement of anything worthwhile fills us with pride and serves as inspiration for others who may be actively or passively observing us.
January has already set the stage for the counting of months, and so we must keep counting the days and weeks of the remaining months.
On this green earth, we are each individuals and singular entities; we have dreams, milestones, goals and visions we want to see actualised within time. These drive us and give us a sense of worth and value while we pass our time here. The achievement of anything worthwhile fills us with pride and serves as inspiration for others who may be actively or passively observing us.
At this point, it is never too early to take stock of what the year has been like for us so far with regard to our vision and goals. Doing so will create a template or set a routine for us, and engender a consciousness of progress in our given endeavour.
So, what have you achieved so far in 2026? What are those things that were positive for you in January, which will enable you to have better outcomes when applied or adjusted in the coming months?
There must be no pressure, but an honest, calm review and visualisation of what has been and what should be.
Humanity craves our input that would improve our experiences while we are here, and that input is what we must endeavour to contribute.
Kubwa, here is to a greater and better February and to the months to come in 2026!
